Program Analyst: DMO

AERMOR is seeking qualified individuals to assist with the program management, planning, design, execution, analyses, assessment, and reporting/product delivery for advancement, implementation, operation and execution of Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) to support Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and supporting concepts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop metrics using the DOTMLPF-P process to measure the success of DMO capabilities.
  • Report on outcomes related to experimentation objectives/advanced technology demonstrations.
  • Use Fleet Battle Problem and Large Scale Exercise after-action reports and Fleet Experimentation Final Experiment Reports to conduct an analysis of the identified critical DMO capabilities.
  • Develop, review, and adjudicate command-level taskers in support of various USFFC N90 lines of effort.
  • Support preparation, review, and presentation of informational and decision papers and briefings on capability development topics at up to the Flag / General Officer and Senior Executive level, including monthly 1-2 Star decisions briefs and CUSFFC biannual KIP to CABs based on schedule.
  • Manage and assist with oversight of campaign plan action items.


Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Eight (8) years’ previous military experience as a warfare designated officer and experience working with Echelon two (II) military commands or Echelon three (III) military commands.
  • Six (6) years’ experience analyzing warfighting capabilities and gaps.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in project management.
  • Three (3) years’ experience utilizing SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
