AERMOR is seeking qualified individuals to assist with the program management, planning, design, execution, analyses, assessment, and reporting/product delivery for advancement, implementation, operation and execution of Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) to support Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and supporting concepts. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as primary contractor point of contact working with the contracting officer representative on matters important to government leadership and contractor personnel.
  • Develops, analyses, evaluates and advises on the effectives of work methods and procedures and manpower utilization.
  • Formulates and enforces contractor work schedules, reviews discrepancies and ensures necessary corrective action is taken.


Requires Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems.
  • Ten Years (10) years previous military experience and experience working with echelon two (2) military commands or three (3) military commands
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in program or project management.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in managing joint or Fleet level projects involving the development and or assessment of new operational approaches and technologies.
  • Knowledge of military experimentation or Navy FLEX analysis/assessment processes is desired.
