AERMOR is seeking qualified individuals to assist with the program management, planning, design, execution, analyses, assessment, and reporting/product delivery for advancement, implementation, operation and execution of Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) to support Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and supporting concepts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide assessment reports and Flag/SES level briefings of engineering products such as DODIS System Views and Operational Views.
  • Provides extremely high-level subject matter expertise for work described in the task.
  • Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require a master’s level knowledge of the task subject matter for effective implementation.


Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Six (6) years’ cumulative experience in Surface, Subsurface, Air, and Cyberspace operations.
  • Eight (8) years’ previous military experience and experience working with military commands.
  • Knowledge of military experimentation or Navy FLEX analysis/assessment processes is desired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems.
