AERMOR LLC is seeking qualified individuals who will provide end user tiered-level customer support by coordinating software, hardware, network, and security issue resolution. Who will also install, configure, troubleshoot, and provide limited maintenance and test and monitor effectiveness of Navy provided TTPs / SOPs; coordinate with external organizations to recommend changes in TTPs / SOPs to maximize synergy. As well as providing the critical services of Queue Management, Product Deployment, Data Analysis, and Policy Adherence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Minimum 3 years IT experience
  • Minimum 1 year administrating servers
  • Knowledge and experience in working with the McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention System
  • Knowledge and experience in working with McAfee Data Loss Prevention Endpoint products
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and networking
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Firewalls desired
  • Knowledge with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) desired
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Implement HBSS migration/compliance strategy
  • Troubleshoot HBSS product issues and outages
  • Administer ePO tree structure management
  • Administer policy catalog management
  • Provide Queue Management, Product Deployment, and Analysis as required
  • Provide SME level support for the HBSS Fleet Centralization
  • Test, monitor and work with HBSS Support Admins on Navy provided TTPs/SOPs
  • Provide oversight and guidance to HBSS Support Admins
  • Review of HBSS threat events
  • Refine server tasks and policies as needed (tagging, ASCI, tree structure, etc..)


Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.
  • A certification in Security+ or CISSP can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
